Who we are

WTICH is a design-led project coordination and documentation practice working across residential, commercial, and collaborative build environments.

We operate at the intersection of design intent and practical delivery — ensuring projects are spatially considered, technically resolved, and structured for real-world construction.

What we do

We support projects from early concept through to construction coordination.

Our services include:

  • Concept design and spatial planning

  • Residential and commercial documentation

  • Joinery-led interior architecture

  • Technical CAD documentation for consent, pricing, and build

  • Specification and material guidance

  • Project coordination alongside builders, suppliers, and consultants

Our role adapts to the needs of each project — from early-stage design thinking to structured documentation and delivery oversight.

How we work

WTICH operates with a structured, collaborative model.

We work alongside licensed builders, architects, engineers, and specialist suppliers to ensure projects are delivered with clarity and accountability. Defined scopes, realistic programming, and practical communication are central to our approach.

We focus on reducing friction between design and construction — ensuring that drawings are buildable, decisions are informed, and delivery is controlled.

Where specialist licensing or certification is required, we coordinate the appropriate professionals as part of the wider project team.

Industry Collaboration & CAD Expertise

WTICH has extensive experience supporting joinery manufacturers, interior fit-out specialists, and production teams.

Using Microvellum, AutoCAD, and Vortex, we provide production-ready documentation and detailed coordination that bridges design approval and fabrication.

Our work often sits between creative design and technical execution — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment across project teams.

Design Informed by Property Experience

Beyond client work, WTICH is actively involved in its own property projects. This practical exposure informs our understanding of sequencing, cost control, and long-term performance.

Our design decisions are grounded not only in aesthetics, but in durability, value, and constructability.

Studio and Founder

WTICH was founded by Ash Jackson, whose experience spans residential design, technical documentation, and joinery-led project coordination.

Ash established the studio to bridge the gap between concept and construction — bringing structured thinking, clear documentation, and practical judgement to every project.

Today, WTICH operates as a collaborative design-led practice, partnering with trusted professionals to deliver cohesive, buildable outcomes across diverse project environments.
